Subscription FAQ
How does the subscription work?
Subscribe and receive an exclusive themed kit each month! Your spot is reserved, and you’ll be billed automatically on the 1st of every month.
Can I skip a month or pause my subscription?
Due to the growing volume of subscriptions, I’m no longer able to offer skips or holds. If you don’t want the upcoming kit, please cancel before the next billing date (the 1st). If you cancel and want to rejoin later, you’re always welcome to sign up again when spots open—this helps keep things fair for everyone waiting and allows me to manage inventory better!
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle (the 1st of the month) through your account or by reaching out to me. After billing has processed, your box is reserved and can’t be refunded for that month.
If I miss out, will more spots open?
Subscription spots are limited to keep things manageable and special! If the subscription is sold out, check back next month—I’ll open up more spots as soon as I’m able.
When are subscriptions shipped?
Kits are packed and shipped during the first week of each month. You’ll get a shipping notification as soon as your kit is on its way!

Frequent Questions Answered Here
Q: "Do you use Ai to create your artwork?"
A: That’s a great question—yes, I do use AI tools as part of my process.
I combine that with my own design work in Procreate, where I edit, add elements, adjust compositions, and build everything into a cohesive collection.
For me, AI is just one tool in the creative process—like digital brushes or design software. The final product you see is something I’ve carefully directed and refined to match my style and storytelling.
Q: "Why not just draw everything yourself?"
A: For me, using AI is part of how I’m able to create full collections at the scale and pace I do.
It lets me focus more on storytelling, composition, and the overall experience of the collection. everything I release is curated, edited, and built into a cohesive collection by me.
Even when I use AI tools, I’m directing the outcome and shaping the final result to fit my style and every design begins with my own curated work.
Q: "When will you open more subscription spot? I try every month and never get in!"
A: I completely understand wanting more spots open—I wish I could offer that right now
The reality is that everything in this subscription is designed, printed, cut, and packed in-house by a very small team (it’s basically 1–2 of us and a lot of willpower). Each kit is pretty time-intensive, so I have to limit spots to make sure I can keep quality high and get orders out on time.
As things grow, I’m always looking at ways to expand when it’s sustainable to do so.
Q: "I had it in my cart and went to check out and it was gone, how it that fair?"
A: I hear you—it can definitely feel that way. I try to keep things as fair as possible, but right now I’m limited by how much I can physically produce each month. I’d rather keep it smaller and consistent than overextend and risk delays or lowering the quality.
Q: "Why not just make more?"
A: I wish it were that simple. Each kit is printed, cut, and assembled by us on home equipment, so increasing spots isn’t just a small change—it would mean a big shift in how the whole shop runs. I want to grow into that carefully rather than rush it.
Q: "Other shops don't limit like this, How can they do it?"
A: Every shop runs a little differently. Some have larger teams or different production setups. Right now I’m working within what I can realistically manage while still keeping the quality and feel that people expect from my shop.
